- Safe Shopping Guarantee:
In the unlikely event that your credit card is stolen and fraudulently used, please follow the reporting procedures defined by your credit card provider. Most credit card companies will cover all charges resulting from unauthorized use or limit your liability to $50.
CAN PAK SERVICES is doing everything possible to protect you, our valued customer, against the fraudulent use of your credit card: Individuals or parties purchasing or attempting to purchase products by fraudulent means of payment or the unauthorised use of credit cards will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. CAN PAK SERVICES reserves all rights and title to products until full payment is received.
- Our Technology:
Our industry standard secure server technology encrypts all your purchasing and credit card information. This means that all your purchasing information is encoded and is unreadable as it travels to our server. All our customers' information is stored in a database on a server that is not connected to the Internet and is secured behind our internal security systems. CANPAKSERVICES.COM has a policy not to sell, lend or rent any customer information without first obtaining our customer's permission.

- Lowest Price Guarantee
Our Lowest Price Guarantee ensures that CAN PAK SERVICES and CANPAKSERVICES.COM will beat lower prices advertised, including those on the internet, by authorized dealers located in Canada If you find a lower price advertised within 30 days of purchasing the item from CAN PAK SERVICES or CANPAKSERVICES.COM we will refund 110% of the difference. If our own price is reduced within 30 days of your purchase we will refund the difference to you. Computers and notebooks are only eligible for price protection under our guarantee within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Simply present us with your original CAN PAK SERVICES or CANPAKSERVICES.COM sales receipt and proof of a lower advertised price. Once our staff is able to verify that the item is in stock and available for immediate sale and delivery at the advertised price, you will receive your refund. If you purchase the item from CANPAKSERVICES.COM and there is no CAN PAK SERVICES store in your area, you can contact us at 416-335-5231 or by email at websupport@canpakservices.com.
The advertised item must be for the same brand and model and the product must be new and factory sealed, and subject to a manufacturer's warranty applicable in Canada. Advertised prices must be in Canadian dollars, and will be calculated as including all charges applicable for next day delivery to your home address. Our Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to advertising errors or misprints, special educational prices, restricted offers, mail order offers, rebates, coupons, premiums, free or bonus offers, OEM products, limited or minimum quantity or limited time offers, close-outs, liquidations, clearances, and special financing offers.

- Privacy of Information
CAN PAK SERVICES does not sell or lend ANY personal information collected during your visit to our online store. That means your name and address will not show up on any mailing lists, other than our own, should you request it. Furthermore, any personal information that is required to process your visit is only used with your prior knowledge and consent. If you have any questions about our "Privacy of Information" policy, please contact Customer Service at 416-335-5231 or websupport@canpakservices.com. If you would like to be removed from our mailing list, just let us know and we will delete your information.
- Methods of Payment
We accept CAN PAK SERVICES Card, VISA and MasterCard. All prices are in Canadian dollars. If you do not want to use your credit card online from your home computer, you can get your order processed by calling to speak to a customer service representative at 416-335-5231 or by sending an e-mail to websupport@canpakservices.com. We do not have discounts currently available for our education customers.
- Product Returns
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to opening the factory sealed product packaging. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange your product at any CAN PAK SERVICES retail store in Canada. For your convenience, we also accept returns by mail.
We would be pleased to exchange or give you a refund on most items within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Computers and notebooks are accepted within 15 days of receipt of the order.
Refunds are not available on opened software packages, video games, music CDs, DVD movies, internal peripheral products (such as memory chips, modems, etc.) or consumable products (such as printer toner cartridges). If defective, these products may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if the return is a result of our error, or the product is determined by CAN PAK SERVICES to be defective.
All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in original purchase condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. IMPORTANT: returned orders with items missing will either be refused or the missing item amount deducted from the credit.
Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. The credit will be made within 5-7 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise.
- Purchasing by Minors
Our policy is to not sell to minors. If you are under the legal age of majority and wish to purchase from our on-line store, you must have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.
- Misprints
At CAN PAK SERVICES we do our best to provide you with the most reliable and up to date information. In the event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct the error on our website. In the event that you are shipped an incorrect product, we will accept the unit back and offer a full refund.
